Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating client contracts and data processing agreements. You will conduct risk assessments and privacy impact assessments, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and privacy laws. Developing training plans and providing expert data protection advice to staff are also integral to this role. You will also engage in proactive pitches, RFPs, and create compelling business cases to showcase our data privacy and security capabilities.

We are seeking a Data Privacy professional with substantial expertise in privacy regulations, data protection frameworks, contract management, and compliance advisory. Proven hands-on experience in privacy assessments, risk management, regulatory compliance, and client-facing consulting is essential. You should be adept at working with business, legal, security, and operational teams to ensure adherence to global privacy laws and industry standards. Knowledge of various country-specific privacy laws and data protection/information security principles is expected.
