As a Data Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the data platform blueprint and design. This involves collaborating closely with Integration and Data Architects to ensure seamless integration between systems and data models. You will also work to align platform components with project requirements, fostering effective team communication and supporting the overall architecture strategy for efficient data management.

Independently drive solutions and become a subject matter expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data platform components with business needs. Identify and implement improvements and optimizations within the data platform architecture. Mentor and support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

A minimum of 3 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform is mandatory. Demonstrated experience with data integration and transformation processes in large-scale data environments. Solid understanding of cloud-based data platforms and their operational frameworks. Proficiency in working with data modeling concepts to ensure consistency across integrated systems. A 15-year full-time education is required for this role. Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline data workflows is beneficial.
