Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the data platform aligns with business objectives and assist in resolving technical challenges.

Share knowledge and best practices to support junior team members. Continuously monitor and optimize platform performance to meet evolving project demands. Drive the development and refinement of our data platform architecture.

A minimum of 3 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform is essential. Proficiency in developing and managing data pipelines within cloud environments is expected. A strong understanding of data integration techniques and best practices is required.

Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks and big data processing is beneficial. Ability to work with complex data models, ensuring data quality and consistency. Experience with scripting and automation to streamline data workflows is also desirable. A foundational education spanning 15 full-time years is a prerequisite.
