Independently perform and develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and provide innovative solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data platform components with business objectives. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to the data platform. Support junior team members through knowledge sharing and mentorship. Continuously monitor and optimize platform performance to meet project demands.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is mandatory, with a strong focus on the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. Experience in developing and managing data pipelines within cloud environments is essential. Possess a deep understanding of data integration techniques and best practices. Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks and big data processing is required. Ability to work with complex data models, ensuring data quality and consistency. Knowledge of scripting and automation for streamlining data workflows is beneficial. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
