Shape the future of our data infrastructure as a Data Platform Engineer. This role involves contributing to the blueprint and design of our data platform, ensuring seamless integration across systems and data models. You will collaborate closely with Integration Architects and Data Architects, bringing a proactive approach to aligning platform components with project needs and championing architectural strategy for an efficient data environment.

- Drive independent work and become a subject matter expert. - Actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving. - Develop and implement solutions to complex technical challenges. - Partner with cross-functional teams to align data platform components with business objectives. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data platform integration. - Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices. - Continuously assess and propose enhancements for platform performance and scalability.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Proven experience in developing and managing data pipelines within cloud environments. - Solid understanding of data integration techniques and best practices. - Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks and big data processing. - Ability to optimize data workflows for enhanced performance and reliability. - Knowledge of data security and governance principles in platform design. - A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
