A proactive approach to communication and fostering effective teamwork is essential.

You are expected to become a subject matter expert and perform independently. Active participation in team discussions and contributing to problem-solving are key. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data platform components with business objectives, troubleshoot integration and performance issues, and support junior team members. Continuous monitoring and evaluation of platform processes for improvement opportunities are also part of the role.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Managed File Transfer is required. Proficiency in Managed File Transfer, coupled with experience in data integration techniques and tools, is essential. A strong understanding of data flow orchestration, secure file transfer protocols, and system interoperability is necessary. The ability to troubleshoot and optimize Managed File Transfer processes for efficiency and reliability is crucial. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this position.
