Join our Assurance team as a Data Modeler, driving functional excellence and innovation within Tech Advisory. This role is integral to long-term growth, focusing on designing and implementing cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.

We are seeking an expert to contribute to advancements in AI Native Architecture, including RAG-based embeddings and agentic frameworks. Your expertise will be crucial in leveraging DataLake, SQL, and Python for robust data solutions. This position offers a dynamic environment to shape the future of technology advisory.

Architect and design AI Native solutions, including RAG-based embeddings and agentic frameworks.

Leverage DataLake, SQL, and Python to build sophisticated data models and ensure data integrity.

Utilize Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities, including fine-tuning models for standardized responses and implementing memory management.

Integrate AI models with cloud-native services such as AWS or Azure.

Conduct research for new technologies and assist in their deployment, contributing to applied and theoretical advancements.

Act as a subject matter expert across various IT disciplines and technology layers, applying architecture principles to solve complex business and technical challenges.

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

Demonstrate a minimum of 6 years of diverse technology experience, with at least 3 years directly relevant to data modeling and AI architecture.

Exhibit strong proficiency in solving critical technical challenges and performing root cause analysis using industry-standard tools.

Provide technical leadership, foster a collaborative team environment, and mentor team members. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration across departments and with vendors.

Must have hands-on AI experience. Knowledge of brokerage or financial company processes is a plus.
