As a Data Modeler, you will be expected to operate independently and develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key responsibilities include: - Actively participating and contributing to team discussions. - Providing effective solutions to work-related challenges. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data models meet both business and technical specifications. - Documenting data modeling standards and best practices to maintain consistency across all projects. - Assisting and guiding junior team members in their data modeling tasks. - Continuously assessing and refining existing data models to improve performance and scalability.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a preference for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in data modeling.

Essential skills include: - Deep proficiency in the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Proven experience in designing and implementing data models for complex business processes. - A strong grasp of data warehousing concepts and data integration techniques. - The ability to efficiently manage and optimize large datasets. - Familiarity with data governance principles and ensuring data quality throughout the modeling lifecycle. - Excellent collaborative skills, with the ability to translate requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders into effective data models.

A requirement of 15 years of full-time education is also necessary for this position.
