Shape and refine data structures as a Data Modeler. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, data owners, end-users, and technical architects to design current and future data models.

The primary focus is on translating complex business requirements into robust and efficient data models. Effective communication and a deep understanding of data relationships are key to ensuring data integrity and supporting organizational goals.

Independently drive data modeling initiatives and become a subject matter expert. Actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions, offering innovative solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data needs. Ensure that all data models are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to organizational standards. Document modeling processes thoroughly and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience is required, with at least 3 years specifically in Graph Databases. Proficiency in Graph Databases is essential, including a strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques within this domain.

Demonstrate expertise in designing data relationships and schema within graph database environments. Possess the ability to optimize graph queries for improved database performance. Familiarity with data integration and migration processes, as well as database management and data governance principles, is expected. A full-time education spanning 15 years is also a prerequisite.
