- Translate intricate Informatica sessions, mappings, and parameterizations into Python EL scripts and dbt transformation models. - Develop and maintain robust Python EL pipelines for landing substantial data volumes into the target warehouse. - Design and construct dbt transformation models, adhering to best practices for layering, macros, and incremental strategies. - Implement comprehensive dbt-native and Python unit tests to ensure data quality and transformation accuracy. - Orchestrate end-to-end data pipelines using Airflow DAGs, ensuring functional parity with original Informatica workflows. - Contribute to GitLab CI/CD pipelines for dbt and Airflow code, including automated testing and deployment. - Conduct peer code reviews, offering constructive technical feedback to team members. - Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and data discrepancies during testing phases. - Create and maintain essential technical documentation, runbooks, and handover materials.

This role requires extensive experience in data migration and transformation.
