We are seeking a skilled Data Migration Engineer to manage the end-to-end data transfer process. This role involves extracting data from source systems, transforming it according to target system requirements, and loading it accurately. You will be responsible for building and executing migration scripts, monitoring progress, and validating results to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Collaboration with various teams is crucial for smooth execution and timely issue resolution. The role also includes assisting junior team members with migration tasks and providing guidance and support.

- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of migration processes and workflows. - Monitor migration progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise during execution. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in migration tasks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and migration objectives. - Build, run, and validate migration scripts and processes to ensure data quality and consistency.

Proven expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse is essential. Candidates should have experience in designing and implementing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. A strong understanding of data validation techniques is required to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools for streamlining migration workflows is beneficial. The ability to analyze complex data structures and optimize migration performance is also key. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, and 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite. This position is based in our Pune office.
