As a Senior Data Migration Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust data pipelines. This involves translating complex Informatica PowerCenter workflows into equivalent Python extract/load scripts and dbt transformation models.

You will develop and maintain high-volume data pipelines, orchestrate end-to-end processes using Airflow, and ensure functional equivalence with source systems. Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, conducting code reviews, and troubleshooting data discrepancies are key aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter, including mappings, sessions, and workflows. Significant hands-on experience (3+ years) with dbt Core, covering model layering, macros, and incremental strategies, is essential.

Proficiency in Python for batch data processing and parallelism (5+ years), along with strong SQL skills for complex queries across large datasets, is required. Experience with Airflow for DAG authoring and task dependencies, plus expertise in high-volume data movement tools like Oracle Data Pump or SQL Server BCP, are also necessary.
