Join our team as a Data Migration Engineer and take ownership of the complete data transfer process. This role involves meticulously extracting data from source systems, transforming it to meet target system specifications, and accurately loading it. You will build, execute, and validate migration scripts and processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed documentation of migration procedures, monitoring progress, and proactively troubleshooting any encountered issues. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and migration objectives, ensuring smooth execution and timely problem resolution.

Independently manage and become a subject matter expert in data migration. Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving initiatives. Collaborate with various teams to understand data needs and migration goals. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for migration processes. Monitor migration progress and effectively troubleshoot any issues that arise. Provide guidance and support to junior team members on migration tasks.

A strong foundation in Snowflake Data Warehouse is essential. Proven experience in designing and implementing robust data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Solid understanding of data validation techniques to guarantee accuracy and completeness. Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools to optimize migration workflows. Ability to analyze complex data structures and enhance migration performance. Knowledge of data governance and security best practices is required. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse is mandatory. Must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
