Join our team as a Data Migration Engineer and take ownership of the complete data transfer process. You'll be instrumental in moving data between systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity from extraction to final loading. This role involves crafting and validating robust migration scripts and processes, guaranteeing high-quality data outcomes.

Your daily activities will focus on managing the end-to-end data migration lifecycle. This includes meticulous extraction of data from source systems, applying necessary transformations to meet target system requirements, and accurately loading the data. You will build and execute migration scripts, continuously monitor progress, and validate results to maintain data integrity throughout the migration.

Collaboration is key in this role, working with various teams to ensure seamless execution and prompt issue resolution. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support on migration tasks.

- Drive data migration initiatives, from extraction and transformation to loading into target systems. - Develop, execute, and validate migration scripts and processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and migration objectives. - Monitor migration progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution. - Document migration processes and workflows comprehensively. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members on migration tasks.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - Proven experience in designing and implementing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. - Strong knowledge of data validation techniques to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools for streamlining migration workflows. - Ability to analyze complex data structures and optimize migration performance. - Understanding of data governance and security best practices. - A 15-year full-time education is required.
