Join NTT DATA's innovative team as a Data Migration Deployment Manager, driving large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. This role is pivotal in our SAP Consulting practice, focusing on the crucial Data Workstream for a global client.

We utilize an advanced Factory Model Concept to expedite data conversion across multiple international deployments. This is an opportunity to lead significant change within a forward-thinking organization committed to client success and technological advancement.

Spearhead the end-to-end execution of SAP data migration projects, encompassing planning, execution, governance, and change management.

Coordinate across all IT and business segments to ensure seamless project activity and adherence to quality standards.

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, track progress, and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Manage project scope, control changes, and effectively escalate risks and issues to ensure project success. Collaborate with the PMO for adequate staffing and maintain consistency with NTT and client standards.

A minimum of 10 years of overall SAP experience, including SAP ECC and S/4HANA, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role is required.

Proven experience in delivering 1-2 SAP S4/HANA Data Migration projects and managing large, end-to-end SAP implementation and data migration initiatives is essential.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse, cross-functional teams, both locally and offshore, is crucial. Expertise in Global change projects for large organizations and extensive experience in Data Migration for S4/HANA are expected.

Familiarity with SAP Data Migration strategies and tools (e.g., BODS, Syniti, LTMC) is necessary. Experience with Agile methodology, project management qualifications (PMP, Prince 2), and strong communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement are key.
