Join our Tech Advisory team as a Data Integration Specialist in Bangalore. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and enabling innovation within our Assurance practice.

You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data integration solutions. This involves extracting critical financial and operational data from various enterprise systems to fuel our analytics platform and support long-term growth.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing source system data, collaborating with business analysts on data mapping and transformation, and developing automated processes for data extraction, transformation, and validation.

Build and manage scheduled batch processes and data pipelines, ensuring timely delivery of recurring data. Implement rigorous data quality checks, reconciliation, and exception handling to guarantee data accuracy and completeness. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business rules and reporting needs, and partner with vendor teams to validate integration requirements.

Provide essential support for System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment. Troubleshoot data quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Optimize processes for performance and scalability, and produce comprehensive technical documentation.

We are seeking professionals with 6-8 years of experience in Insurance & Annuity business processes. Experience with financial services data is highly valued.

Familiarity with brokerage, wealth management, cash management, deposit, or banking data is a significant advantage. A strong understanding of financial data reconciliation, validation, data governance, auditability, and regulatory controls for financial data is essential.

Participation in Agile ceremonies and close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other technical teams are key aspects of this role. This is an onsite position located in Bengaluru.
