Join our Data Practice as a Reltio MDM Architect, a pivotal role within our Master Data Management Center of Excellence. This strategic position demands strong customer-facing consulting abilities, deep Reltio product knowledge, and expertise in enterprise data architecture. You will be instrumental in building our Reltio practice, driving pre-sales efforts, crafting solutions, ensuring delivery excellence, fostering innovation, and developing team competencies.

This architect will shape our Reltio capabilities by developing reusable assets and best practices, significantly accelerating client engagements and enhancing our service offerings. The role is key to establishing Reltio as a core component of our data strategy and client solutions.

Engage with clients to deeply understand their business and technical needs, translating them into robust Reltio MDM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture. You will design comprehensive solution approaches, create detailed architecture diagrams, develop implementation roadmaps, and provide accurate effort estimations.

Key duties include leading Reltio proof-of-concept designs and implementations, demonstrating business value through rapid prototyping. You will also evaluate emerging Reltio capabilities and complementary technologies, recommending optimal architectures for diverse customer use cases. Furthermore, provide essential architecture governance for implementation projects, guiding teams on Reltio best practices and ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

A minimum of 10 years of overall experience in Data Management, Data Integration, and Enterprise Data Architecture is required, with at least 4 years of hands-on Reltio MDM implementation experience. Proficiency in Reltio platform configuration, including data modeling, match/merge rules, survivorship, APIs, and security management, is essential.

Strong experience with data integration patterns using tools like Informatica, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar is necessary. Solid understanding of SQL, JSON/XML, data modeling, data warehousing, data governance, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is also a must. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is required. Reltio certifications are highly preferred.
