As a Data Governance Senior Consultant, you will lead pre-sales initiatives, design robust enterprise data governance solutions, and provide architectural oversight for implementation projects. You will also play a key role in developing proof-of-concepts, driving innovation in governance technologies, and supporting the growth of our Data Governance Center of Excellence.

Key responsibilities include partnering with sales teams, conducting workshops, defining governance operating models, and creating reusable accelerators. You will mentor team members, contribute to thought leadership, and ensure successful integration of governance platforms with enterprise data ecosystems.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of overall experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Architecture, and at least 4 years of hands-on experience with leading Data Governance platforms like Collibra or Microsoft Purview. A strong understanding of data management principles, data integration technologies, and compliance standards such as DAMA DMBOK and GDPR is essential.

Required technical skills encompass a broad range of data governance areas, including metadata management, data lineage, data quality, and policy management. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with cloud data services are also critical. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field is required, with certifications in governance platforms being highly advantageous.
