As a key member of our Data Governance Center of Excellence, you will lead enterprise data governance initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in pre-sales, solution architecture, project delivery, and fostering innovation. We are looking for a strategic consultant with deep platform knowledge and strong stakeholder management skills.

This impactful role involves partnering with sales teams and clients to understand business and regulatory needs. You will lead discovery workshops, conduct governance maturity assessments, and design comprehensive enterprise Data Governance solutions.

Responsibilities extend to developing proof-of-concepts, evaluating new governance technologies, and providing architecture oversight for implementation projects. You will also play a vital part in building our Data Governance competency, defining standards, and mentoring team members. Additionally, you'll create reusable accelerators and frameworks to enhance delivery capabilities.

We require a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or related fields, with at least 4 years focused on leading Data Governance platforms like Collibra, Microsoft Purview, Informatica IDMC, or Alation.

Essential technical skills include extensive experience with data governance frameworks, operating models, data stewardship, business glossaries, data catalogs, metadata management, data lineage, data classification, and policy management. Proficiency with data integration technologies and cloud platforms is also necessary. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline is expected.
