Design, build, and maintain robust data analytic reports and processes to support Service Assurance needs. Develop and publish reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Snowflake, or Tableau. Create, optimize, and manage data models, queries, and analytical workflows within Snowflake Cortex. Utilize AI tools such as Claude (Anthropic) for automated reporting, data summarization, and insightful interpretation of complex datasets. Write and maintain SQL and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Conduct trend analysis and data storytelling, clearly communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with various teams to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective data solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with a proven track record in data roles such as BI Developer or Analytics Engineer. Essential skills include hands-on experience with Snowflake and Snowflake Cortex, strong proficiency in SQL for complex queries and performance optimization, and experience with BI platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. You should have demonstrated experience designing and optimizing ETL pipelines and data architectures with a focus on performance and cost efficiency. Practical experience using AI tools like Claude (Anthropic) for data interpretation and automated reporting is required, along with the ability to write Python scripts for data processing and automation. Experience creating and refining LLM prompts is also necessary. A strong analytical mindset and the ability to present data findings clearly to diverse audiences are critical for success in this role.
