Lead the creation and maintenance of robust ETL/ELT solutions utilizing Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata, and PySpark. Develop and optimize high-performance data pipelines for enterprise data warehouses and analytics platforms. Orchestrate complex workflows with Airflow, conduct thorough data analysis and validation, and provide essential production support. Collaborate across business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective data solutions. Mentor junior team members and manage small to medium-sized projects, driving performance improvements and process automation across the data platform while ensuring strict adherence to data governance and security best practices.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required. Possess 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Data Warehousing. Demonstrate strong proficiency with Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata, Python/PySpark, and UNIX. Experience with Airflow and modern data pipeline orchestration tools is essential. A solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and SQL is crucial. Proven ability to lead teams and drive technical initiatives effectively.
