Lead the design, development, and support of robust ETL/ELT solutions using Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata, and PySpark. Construct scalable, high-performance data pipelines for enterprise data warehouses and analytics platforms. Manage workflow orchestration with Airflow, conduct data analysis and validation, and provide production support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective data solutions. Guide small to medium-sized projects, mentor junior team members, and champion performance tuning, automation, and process enhancements. Uphold stringent data governance, security, and development best practices.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required. Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Data Warehousing. Demonstrate strong proficiency with Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata, Python/PySpark, and UNIX. Experience with Airflow and modern data pipeline orchestration tools is essential. A solid grasp of Data Warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and SQL is necessary. Proven ability to lead teams effectively is a key requirement.
