In this role, you will design and execute various tests, including functional, regression, and integration tests. You'll be responsible for performing thorough data validation, reconciliation, and business rule checks. Crucially, you will conduct schema evolution and impact analysis to prevent downstream failures and develop SQL-based validations and automated test cases. Your contributions will also extend to supporting performance and stress testing, participating in defect triage and root cause analysis, and driving quality improvements. Furthermore, you will contribute to CI/CD integration, adopt shift-left testing practices, and monitor/enhance data quality KPIs and dashboards.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 6-9 years of experience, particularly strong in data testing and ETL validation. Advanced SQL expertise is essential for data validation and reconciliation tasks. Experience with automation tools such as Selenium and PyTest is highly desirable. A solid understanding of data models, schema validation, and pipelines is required. Experience working within Agile and CI/CD environments is a must. Excellent analytical and debugging skills are also critical for success in this role.
