Provide L3 production support, resolving critical incidents within SLAs and leading root cause analysis for major issues. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including L1/L2 support, engineering, and business units. Develop and maintain operational documentation, including runbooks and knowledge articles, and support incident, problem, change, and release management processes.

Engage in hands-on data engineering for Snowflake-based solutions, troubleshooting complex SQL, data pipelines, and performance issues. Optimize Snowflake costs and leverage dbt for data transformation and deployment. Support and enhance applications built with Streamlit and Snowflake Cortex, and manage real-time data ingestion using Kafka and Snowpipe Streaming.

We seek an experienced Data Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Snowflake expertise. Prior experience in L3 production support and supporting business-critical enterprise data platforms is essential. Proficiency with modern data engineering tools such as dbt, Streamlit, Kafka, and CI/CD practices using GitHub is required.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are crucial for diagnosing complex issues across multiple technology layers.
