We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and accuracy of data pipelines and transformations.

You will play a crucial part in validating data processes and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver robust solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to the integrity of our data systems.

Key responsibilities include executing test cases for Python-based extract/load processes, focusing on record counts, field-level data accuracy, and schema consistency.

You will also perform dbt transformation validation using SQL, compare Informatica outputs with dbt results, and manage defects through resolution. Supporting SIT and UAT test cycles, maintaining test artifacts, and assisting with regression testing are also integral parts of this role.

This position requires a strong understanding of data validation techniques and experience with tools such as Python, SQL, and dbt. Familiarity with Informatica is also beneficial.

You should be adept at collaborating with engineers to clarify expected outcomes and resolve technical challenges. The ability to maintain comprehensive test documentation is essential for success.
