Handle critical production issues within SLA, leading root cause analysis and implementing permanent solutions. You will manage incident, problem, change, and release processes, while also focusing on Snowflake performance tuning and cost optimization. Responsibilities include troubleshooting SQL, data pipelines, and ingestion processes. Additionally, you'll support and enhance applications built with Streamlit and Snowflake Cortex, while also managing real-time data ingestion using Kafka/Snowpipe Streaming. Automation of operational tasks and development of monitoring dashboards are key aspects of this role.

A minimum of 5 years in data engineering with at least 3 years of hands-on Snowflake experience is required. Prior L3 production support and experience with enterprise data platforms are essential. Proficiency in modern data engineering technologies such as Streamlit, Snowflake Cortex, dbt, Kafka/Snowpipe Streaming, GitHub, and cloud services (AWS/GCP) is necessary. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, are vital for success in this leadership position.
