Develop and implement robust data engineering solutions using Spark and Scala, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Utilize AWS Glue for data integration and transformation processes, maintaining data quality and integrity.

Leverage Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics, optimizing data accessibility and performance.

Apply strong SQL skills to query, manipulate, and analyze data effectively. Develop and maintain code adhering to best practices and coding standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and management.

A Bachelor's degree is expected for this role.

We are seeking candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience in data engineering. Essential technical proficiencies include strong hands-on experience with Spark and Scala, AWS Glue, and working knowledge of Snowflake. Solid SQL and fundamental coding abilities are also mandatory.

Candidates should possess clear communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively. A strong understanding of data engineering principles and practical coding capabilities are crucial. Experience with Git and familiarity with SDLC/CI-CD pipelines are expected. Familiarity with DBT, Spark Streaming, and experience in data migration projects, along with exposure to on-premise and cloud environments, would be advantageous.
