Independently perform tasks and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role. Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable data solutions. Monitor and optimize data workflows for enhanced performance and reliability. Document data processes and maintain clear communication regarding architectural changes. Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

A strong foundation in Data Analytics is essential for this role. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes. Familiarity with data quality assurance techniques and data governance principles. Ability to work effectively with large datasets, optimizing storage and retrieval. Experience with database management systems and data integration tools is expected. Knowledge of relevant scripting and programming languages for data processing is beneficial. Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics is required.
