This role offers the opportunity to architect and build large-scale data solutions, supporting analytics and insights across Amazon. You'll translate business needs into technical solutions, collaborate on technical approaches, and contribute to the evolution of our technology stack.

Design and build scalable data pipelines for analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence. Implement data ingestion using real-time and batch processing, adhering to best practices in data modeling and ETL/ELT with AWS and big data tools. Translate business requirements into technical solutions that integrate with our data architecture. Analyze source data systems, document findings, and promote best practices. Mentor junior data engineers, review their work, and provide technical guidance.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering. Proficiency in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines. Strong SQL skills are essential. Experience in data manipulation, processing, and extracting value from large datasets is required, along with experience as a data engineer or in a related field (e.g., software engineer, BI engineer, data scientist).
