Key responsibilities include continuously monitoring and optimizing data pipelines for performance and reliability, documenting data processes and workflows for clarity and maintainability, and assisting junior team members with guidance and support. You will also be adept at troubleshooting and resolving data quality issues effectively.

To excel in this role, a minimum of 3 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform is mandatory. You should possess strong experience in building and managing scalable ETL pipelines and have a solid understanding of data integration and migration techniques. Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing solutions is expected.

Additional requirements include the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues effectively and a good understanding of data governance and security best practices. A full-time education spanning 15 years is also a prerequisite for this position. While not explicitly required, experience with Databricks is a significant advantage.
