Seeking a skilled Fabric Analytics, AI & Power Platform Specialist to drive our analytics, semantic modeling, AI, and business application consumption strategy. This role will leverage Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to create actionable insights, while designing effective Copilot Studio and Power Apps solutions for key business needs.

Key duties include architecting and building robust Power BI semantic models, reports, and dashboards with a focus on performance and user experience.

You will implement advanced security protocols for data models and reports. The role involves evaluating and integrating Microsoft Fabric IQ and Copilot capabilities, alongside developing dynamic Copilot Studio conversational experiences and Power Apps for business workflows.

Translating complex business challenges into tailored analytics, AI, and low-code solutions is central to this role. You'll ensure seamless integration of analytics layers with Fabric data assets and enterprise information sources, adhering to best practices in data access, responsible AI, and testing.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including architecture, data engineering, platform engineering, and QA, is essential for end-to-end solution delivery. This includes supporting user demonstrations, UAT, optimization, deployment, and knowledge transfer, while maintaining comprehensive documentation.

A strong foundation is required, with over 12 years in IT, including at least 8 years dedicated to business intelligence, analytics, data solutions, or Microsoft technology consulting.

Demonstrated expertise in Power BI is crucial, covering data modeling, DAX, Power Query, semantic model development, and performance tuning.

Experience with Microsoft Fabric analytics, including integration with Lakehouse or Warehouse data, is expected. Familiarity with Fabric IQ and Copilot's analytical applications, as well as Copilot Studio for conversational AI and integrations, is necessary.

Proficiency in Power Apps and its integration with Microsoft 365 or other enterprise services is required. A solid understanding of identity management, data security, and responsible AI principles is also key.
