Join NTT DATA, a global leader in technology services, as a Data Engineer in Bangalore, India. We are seeking a dynamic professional to support our enterprise Data Platform based on Databricks. This role is crucial for our 24/7 global Application Management Support (AMS) service, ensuring platform availability and continuous operations.

This position focuses on providing robust operational support and technical expertise for a critical data ecosystem. You will be instrumental in maintaining the health and performance of our data pipelines and platform components.

As an AMS Data Platform Operations Engineer, you will provide Level 2/3 support for our global Data Platform, operating 24/7. Your key tasks will involve monitoring and managing data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes using Databricks and Talend, and troubleshooting incidents across the data landscape.

Your responsibilities include analyzing logs with Kibana, resolving Spark job and SQL query issues, and supporting Power BI dashboard operations. You will also collaborate with various teams to manage incidents, document procedures, and contribute to performance improvements, ensuring service continuity and adherence to SLAs.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, possessing strong hands-on expertise in Databricks and a good understanding of Talend 8 for ETL orchestration. Proficiency in Apache Spark, advanced SQL skills, and experience with Microsoft Azure data platforms are essential.

Familiarity with MongoDB, Power BI for data issue analysis, and Kibana for log investigation is required. A solid grasp of data pipelines, ITSM processes, and the ability to work under pressure in a production-critical environment are key. Availability for 24/7 support and strong communication skills are also necessary.
