Join our team as a Data Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping our data landscape. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated data solutions that power our data generation, collection, and processing initiatives. This role focuses on building robust data pipelines, ensuring impeccable data quality, and implementing efficient ETL processes for seamless data migration and deployment across systems.

Key responsibilities include becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and performing independently. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are essential. You'll be expected to provide innovative solutions to complex work-related challenges. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver scalable data solutions is crucial. Monitoring and optimizing data pipelines for peak performance and reliability, along with documenting data processes for knowledge sharing, will be ongoing tasks. Providing guidance and support to junior team members is also part of the role.

A strong foundation in Data Engineering is a must-have. Experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform is highly desirable. You should possess extensive knowledge of data pipeline architecture and ETL frameworks, coupled with experience in data storage solutions and database management. The ability to manage large datasets and maintain data integrity throughout the processing lifecycle is critical. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing environments will be advantageous. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Engineering is required. A full-time education spanning 15 years is also a prerequisite for this position.
