In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing solutions that enhance data accuracy, accessibility, and security throughout its lifecycle. A key focus will be on Data Engineering using AWS and building implementations with Celonis Process Mining technology.

Your primary responsibilities will include understanding and articulating the Celonis Process Mining solution and its current capabilities. You will be tasked with extracting and transforming client data, as well as building and customizing data models to align with specific business processes.

Key duties involve developing KPIs to highlight use-cases tailored to client requirements and processes. Furthermore, you will build insightful analyses and implement recommendations for process improvements through next-best-action strategies.

We are seeking individuals with a solid grasp of Data Engineering, SQL, and Celonis Process Mining. Experience with ETL applications in relational databases, coupled with working knowledge of SQL, PQL, and YAML, is essential.

Candidates should possess 3–5 years of SQL experience and a proven ability in data model creation. A good understanding of Process Mining capabilities and experience in creating KPIs for various processes (Supply Chain, Procurement, T&E, Banking, Insurance) are crucial. Familiarity with Celonis components like Process Analytics, Event Collection, Action Engine, and Transformation Center is expected.

We are looking for candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can effectively understand and implement customer requirements. Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must. A background with programming languages or BI visualization tools such as Celonis, Tableau, or Power BI, and experience with Process Mining tools like Signavio, QPR, Mavim, or ARIS, will be advantageous.
