As a Senior Analyst, you will lead and mentor a development team focused on Alteryx and automation solutions. You will serve as a primary technical escalation point for Alteryx, Tableau, and Automation Anywhere. Responsibilities include guiding the team in designing, developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows and bots. You will also monitor and manage issues within Alteryx and Automation Anywhere environments, generate comprehensive reports on identified and resolved issues, and ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards for automation and analytics. Your role involves coordinating with stakeholders to address concerns and drive process improvement and automation efficiency.

This role requires a strong background in Alteryx and production support. Essential skills include Data Analytics and Tableau proficiency. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities, demonstrate adaptability and flexibility, and show an agility for quick learning with a commitment to quality. Experience with Automation Anywhere is highly preferred or considered an added advantage. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field is expected.
