As a Data Centre Operation Technician, you will be integral to our Operations team, focusing on the maintenance and upkeep of data center infrastructure. Your duties will encompass server rack installation, hardware repair, network troubleshooting, and responding to critical operational issues. You will serve as a primary contact for both internal teams and external partners, managing trouble tickets to meet SLAs and acting as the first line of support for hardware and technical challenges.

You will participate in on-call rotations, handle scheduled maintenance, and contribute to change management activities, requiring diligent monitoring of infrastructure. Team meetings will involve metric analysis and goal discussions. You will adhere to department policies, including safety and security protocols, applying this knowledge appropriately. Additionally, you will document technical issues through root cause analysis and contribute to process improvements within the data center environment. More experienced technicians may mentor junior team members.

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 2 years of experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair, and at least 1 year of experience in computer networking. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
