As a Data Centre Operation Technician, you will be instrumental in the upkeep and maintenance of our data center infrastructure. Your duties will encompass server rack installation, hardware troubleshooting and repair, and addressing network issues. You'll also respond to critical situations to ensure operational stability and serve as a primary point of contact for both internal teams and external service partners.

This role involves meeting SLAs for assigned trouble tickets, acting as the first line of defense for hardware and technical issues. You will participate in a 24x7 shift rotation, handle scheduled maintenance, and engage in change management activities. Additionally, you'll contribute to metric analysis, root cause analysis documentation, and process improvement initiatives within the data center environment.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair, along with at least one year of experience in computer networking. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

While not mandatory, experience in effectively handling customer interactions during problem resolution and performing efficiently under pressure would be advantageous.
