As a Data Centre Operation Technician, you will be instrumental in the upkeep of data center infrastructure. Your duties include server rack setup, hardware repair, network issue resolution, and responding effectively to operational disruptions. You will serve as a key contact for both internal teams and external partners, managing trouble tickets to meet SLAs and performing first-line hardware diagnostics. This role also involves participating in on-call duties, scheduled maintenance, and contributing to process improvements through root cause analysis. The position operates on a 24x7 shift rotation.

A solid foundation in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair, with at least two years of experience, is essential. You should also possess at least one year of experience in computer networking. A high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement. While not strictly mandatory, experience in effectively managing customer interactions during problem resolution and performing under pressure is highly valued.
