Join Oracle as a Data Centre Build Engineer and play a key role in deploying physical plant cabling systems. You will coordinate infrastructure implementation for Oracle's data centers, collaborating closely with Program Management teams to ensure timely project delivery. This role involves working with vendors to build out essential data center infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include implementing structured cabling solutions for new data center builds and expansions, deploying physical plant cabling systems, and potentially contributing to global data center cabling standards. You will troubleshoot cabling infrastructure connectivity issues, coordinate infrastructure implementation efforts, and develop sustainable solutions for data center continuous improvement. This role also involves project planning, aligning teams on project scope and resources, prioritizing customer experience, and collaborating with Program Management to ensure on-time delivery. You will attend vendor reviews, document progress, and create documentation for cabling and build standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with vendors on infrastructure build-outs, participate in the bidding process, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.

We are seeking individuals with 3 to 5+ years of experience in data center build and infrastructure. A strong understanding of physical plant cabling systems and structured cabling solutions is essential. Candidates should possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate implementation efforts and manage vendor relationships effectively. Experience in troubleshooting cabling infrastructure and contributing to process improvements is also valuable. Fluency in English for reading, writing, and speaking is required.
