Contribute to and lead projects focused on deploying, maintaining, and supporting data center infrastructure.

Take ownership of complex troubleshooting, resolving critical technical issues, and escalating when necessary.

Assist in testing and troubleshooting new server hardware components and designs.

Configure and resolve Linux OS-related issues on servers.

Be available for on-call support shifts as required.

Demonstrated experience in performing component-level repairs and troubleshooting technical equipment.

Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot operating systems, computer/server hardware, or networking protocols.

Capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) of equipment and maintain physical exertion for extended periods, including frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling, and lifting.

Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including weekends, night shifts, holidays, and adhere to shift-based schedules.
