Independently diagnose, repair, and conduct preventative maintenance on a range of equipment, servers, machines, and infrastructure, utilizing multiple solutions. Execute advanced operational procedures as part of daily tasks and strictly adhere to all security policies and processes. Solid experience in Linux Administration is essential for this role. Proficiency in managing and maintaining network infrastructure is required. Demonstrated experience with hardware and operating systems is necessary. Previous experience in technical support operations, network diagnostics, and project management is expected.

Preferred qualifications include experience diagnosing and troubleshooting operating systems, computer hardware, and server hardware. Familiarity with networking protocols, Linux, teamwork, and operational processes is beneficial.
