Join our team as a Data Center Technician, ensuring the seamless delivery of technical support and installation services within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) datacenters. This role is crucial for maintaining hardware, network, and cabling infrastructure, alongside site planning and issue resolution.

Your primary responsibilities will include prioritizing and resolving technical tickets, escalating complex issues, and managing installations according to company policies and service level agreements. You will also provide essential 24x7 site coverage and participate in shift rotations to ensure continuous operations within the OCI datacenter.

Daily tasks involve hands-on hardware maintenance and implementing repairs for common equipment failures in servers and network devices. You will also contribute to problem-solving efforts, applying company procedures and contributing to the overall efficiency of datacenter operations.

A foundational understanding of operating systems, hardware, and network fundamentals is necessary, including diagnostic and repair concepts. You should possess basic knowledge of datacenter design principles, encompassing electrical and cooling systems. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, effectively evaluating issues and implementing solutions, is essential. Fluency in spoken English is a requirement for this role.
