Amazon Data Services India Private Limited (ADSIPL) is seeking a passionate Data Centre Linux & Hardware Engineer to elevate AWS cloud offerings. As a Data Centre Operations Technician, you will be a key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and upgrading data center infrastructure, performing server rack installations, and addressing hardware break-fix issues. You will troubleshoot network problems and respond to critical operational stability incidents, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for trouble tickets.

This role involves participating in scheduled maintenance, change management activities, and 24x7 shift rotations. You will contribute to metric analysis, root cause analysis for operational issues, and process improvement initiatives. More experienced technicians may also mentor junior team members. Tasks may involve working in compact server and equipment enclosures.

To excel in this role, a minimum of 2 years of experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair is required, along with 1+ years of computer networking experience. A Bachelor's degree is a mandatory qualification.
