As a Data Center Technician, you will be the frontline for resolving technical hardware issues on advanced systems, ensuring high availability and reliability around the clock. You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and replace components within servers and network devices.

Key duties involve working within a ticket-based system for systematic problem resolution, actively participating in projects to boost operational efficiency, and sharing your expertise to help train colleagues. You'll also contribute to building a strong team by engaging in the Amazon hiring process.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Technology or Computer Science, coupled with practical experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair. Prior experience in dealing with customers during problem resolution and managing work via ticketing systems is highly beneficial.

Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices, data center environments (including racking, stacking, and cable management), and a physically active approach to work are also valued.
