As a Data Center Operations Engineer, you will be the main point of contact for internal customers, tackling diverse challenges daily. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting advanced hardware issues on servers, storage, and networking devices 24/7, maintaining high system reliability and availability, and participating in projects to boost operational efficiencies. You will also share knowledge, train junior staff on best practices, and contribute to the hiring process by participating in candidate interviews.

This physically demanding role involves hands-on installation and configuration of data center servers and network systems. You will troubleshoot and replace internal and external hardware components for servers and network devices, operating within a ticket-based system for systematic problem resolution. The position requires working on a rotational, shift-based schedule to ensure continuous system reliability. Collaboration with internal teams and contribution to innovative projects for improved DC work environments and efficiencies are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair, is required.
