As a Data Center Operations Engineer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal customers, addressing diverse daily challenges. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting advanced hardware issues across servers, storage, and networking on a 24/7 basis, while upholding high levels of system reliability and availability.

Participate in projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies, sharing your expertise with a global network of technical specialists. You'll also contribute to team development by assisting in the Amazon hiring process and interviewing candidates.

This hands-on role involves the installation and configuration of data center servers and network systems. You will troubleshoot, repair, and replace internal and external hardware components for servers and network devices.

Work within a structured, ticket-based system to resolve issues systematically and adhere to a rotational shift schedule to ensure continuous system reliability. Collaborate with internal teams, sharing innovative ideas to improve the data center work environment and overall operational efficiencies. This is a physically active role requiring constant movement on-site.
