Design, implement, and maintain scalable Linux server infrastructures, focusing on reliability. Conduct comprehensive system monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tuning. Configure and manage network hardware, including switches, routers, and complex cabling. Develop and sustain robust backup and disaster recovery strategies. Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless technology integration.

As a Data Centre Operations Engineer, you will be the main point of contact for internal customers, addressing diverse daily challenges. You'll troubleshoot advanced hardware issues on servers, storage, and networking equipment around the clock to maintain high system reliability and availability.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Candidates must possess experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair, alongside proficiency in computer networking.

Preferred qualifications include the ability to work in challenging physical environments while adhering to safety guidelines, effective customer interaction during problem resolution, and efficient operation under pressure. Experience managing priorities via ticketing systems, understanding cabling infrastructure best practices, and hands-on data center operations (racking, stacking, cable management) are also advantageous.
