As a Data Center Operations Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for internal customers, addressing technical issues on advanced hardware including servers, storage, and networking devices 24/7. You will ensure high system reliability and availability, participate in projects to boost operational efficiencies, and contribute to team growth by assisting in the hiring process and training less technical staff on best practices.

Daily tasks involve installing and configuring data center servers and network systems, alongside troubleshooting and replacing internal and external hardware components. You will manage work within a ticket-based system, resolving problems systematically, and adhere to a rotational shift schedule. Collaboration with internal teams on innovative projects to improve the data center environment is key. This is a physically active, onsite role requiring constant movement.
