This is a hands-on, physically active role requiring on-site presence. Key responsibilities include installing and configuring data center servers and network systems, along with troubleshooting and replacing internal and external hardware components. You will work within a ticket-based system for systematic problem resolution, adhering to a rotational shift schedule. Collaboration with internal teams and contribution to innovative projects for data center improvement are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair, are fundamental qualifications.
