As a Data Centre Operations Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for internal customers, addressing technical issues on advanced hardware, including servers, storage, and networking devices, 24/7.

Key responsibilities include: - Maintaining high levels of system reliability and availability. - Participating in projects to improve operational efficiencies and sharing knowledge globally. - Assisting in training less technical staff on best practices. - Contributing to team building through involvement in the Amazon hiring process.

We are seeking individuals with at least 1 year of computer networking experience and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Ideal candidates will possess: - Ability to work effectively in confined or elevated spaces while adhering to safety guidelines. - Experience in customer-facing problem resolution and efficient operation under pressure. - Proficiency in managing tasks and priorities using a ticketing system. - Familiarity with cabling infrastructure best practices. - Hands-on experience in a data center environment, including racking/stacking, cable management, and aisle containment.
